Available delivery methods for your order will be displayed automatically at checkout, based on your items. Delivery costs and estimated delivery time are always shown in the basket.
We only deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Unfortunately, the service is not available for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

You have a 30-day right of return on orders purchased online at www.kvik.es
Fill out the return form and purchase your parcel label via our returns portal. You will receive the label by email – remember to enclose the return form and drop off the parcel at a PostNord drop-off point.
Important: Online orders must always be returned to Kvik A/S and cannot be returned in store.
