Terms & Conditions for Kvik Chat
When you chat with us and no one is available at that moment, we will ask for your email address and/or telephone number.
When you provide your contact details, we will only use them to contact you in connection with your inquiry via Kvik Chat. If you send a message when no one is available to chat, the information you enter in the chat function will only be used to contact you to respond to your inquiry.
Please note that we store all messages in the chat function for six months. We do this so we can document them and so that you don’t have to start from scratch every time you chat with us. It’s part of the relationship between you and Kvik.
The personal data you have provided in connection with the use of Kvik Chat is automatically deleted after six months, unless we have a specific reason to keep it longer, for example if you contact us again because you need our assistance with a specific matter.
In addition, we store parts of the messages in anonymised form so that we can compile statistics on how many inquiries we receive via Kvik Chat, what topics they concern, etc.
You have a number of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data. These are described in more detail in our privacy policy, which you can find via the link or at the bottom of our website. We kindly ask you to read this carefully.
