Whether your bathroom is brand new or a bit vintage, if you prioritise proper cleaning and care, it makes a big difference to both the look and the durability. It does not have to take a long time or be cumbersome. Get the right cleaning and care products, and clean your bathroom regularly - we recommend at least once a week.

It is especially the sink - and the area around it - that requires regular cleaning to stay shiny and neat. This applies regardless of the type of sink you have. Our sinks with built-in worktop are super easy to keep clean.

The fewer decorative items there are in the room, the fewer things there are to clean. Keep those necessary items tucked away in cupboards and drawers, protected from dust.

Tiles and joints in and around the bath require more cleaning than a perfectly smooth surface, and a glass shower requires wiping after use if you want to avoid limescale deposits.

We've launched a care and maintenance box, so it is easy for you to keep your sink clean. The box contains care products for daily cleaning, deep cleaning, a de-scaler product and a sealer that you apply to the sink after deep cleaningr. The sealer puts a protective and invisible layer on the sink that makes it extra resistant to water, lime and dirt. In the box you will also find a detailed user manual. You can buy the care and maintenance box at your local Kvik store.

With KUMA Clean detergent, the daily cleaning of your sink and worktop is quickly over. KUMA Clean has been developed especially for KUMA's sinks and worktops and removes grease, dirt and soap residues without difficulty. By using the detergent regularly, you minimise the build-up of limescale deposits and your sink will stay looking like new for many years.
KUMA Clean is sprayed directly on the washbasin and rinsed off with a damp cloth.

KUMA Superscrub is an abrasive cream intended to remove difficult stains effectively. Use it for deep cleaning at regular intervals, and avoid permanent deposits of lime and dirt. Apply a little Superscrub on a damp cloth and clean the surface. For difficult stains, you can let the product work for 5-10 minutes before wiping.
Seal the sink and table top with KUMA Seal, which repels dirt and keeps the surface clean for a long time. KUMA Seal is sprayed on the clean surface and spread in a thin layer with a dry cotton cloth. Wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth after one minute. After two hours, the surface is sealed and ready for use.

Use KUMA Lime when removing particularly stubborn limescale deposits and stains. KUMA Lime is sprayed directly on the sink and worktop. Let it work for five minutes, then rinse it off with a damp cloth. Please note that KUMA Lime must not be used on the Pearl and Terrazzo materials.
Finish with KUMA Seal, which is sprayed on the dry, clean surface and spread in a thin layer with a dry cotton cloth. Wait a minute and wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth. The surface is sealed and ready for use after two hours.
