Kvik B01 The Sociable Bench – The flexible two-seater
Together with Rikke Frost, we’ve created a new piece of kitchen furniture – a Danish design that’s meant to be used.
With its large, rounded corners allowing easy passage, the bench is designed for high-traffic areas. Its compact size makes it ideal for various spaces – at the end of a kitchen island, in an entryway, or a hallway. But it truly comes to its own in the kitchen. Here, seating is often informal, partly in motion, half-standing, or leaning. Children will love this bench, whether being part of the action or just hanging out.
But the bench offers even more. Turn it around, and it becomes a cool two-seater – perfect at the end of a dining table. Ideal, when seating space is limited and guests are many. This bench is functional piece that’s both beautiful and versatile.
Crafted from large pieces of solid oak, it radiates warmth and strength. The wood is lacquered and maintenance-free. FSC® certified. The optional cushion is easy to attach and upholstered in warm-toned bouclé fabric. The fabric is removable, washable, and made from 100% recycled polyester. OEKO-TEX® certified.

- DIY - Assembly
Please follow assembly instructions carefully. Please remember to check and tighten screws and bolts from time to time.
- Lacquared wood
Wood is a natural material and will patinate over time. The level of patina depends on the level of exposure to light. Therefore, please avoid placing the product in direct sunlight. Also, please don’t place the product too close to radiators or other heating devices. Wood surfaces, including lacquered surfaces, do not stand moisture. If the product becomes wet, please wipe up immediately. Please use gentle cleaning products. We recommend a solution of water and an universal cleaning detergent. Use a clean wrung cloth. Wipe off with a dry cloth.
