Most Kvik stores offer to deliver your new/upcoming Kvik products to your home for a fee. If Kvik delivers to your address, your new Kvik products will be placed conveniently inside the nearest front door or by arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed, we expect there to be at least one person at the address who can help the driver bring in large and heavy items. If this is not possible, Kvik must be informed of this at the time of booking, so that we can ensure that there are two people with the car. This will be for an additional fee

You can return or exchange all standard products in unopened packaging by contacting the store within 14 days of the delivery date. You only need to bring your receipt and the products you wish to exchange or return. Exchanges or returns of goods, including damaged goods, must be made in-store.

Kvik Living products are built to last, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty on furniture and lighting. We stand behind the quality and durability of our designs. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or construction, so you can rest assured.

Wood is a natural material and will patinate over time. The level of patina depends on the level of exposure to light. Therefore, please avoid placing the product in direct sunlight. Also, please don’t place the product too close to radiators or other heating devices.
Wood surfaces, including lacquered surfaces, do not stand moisture. If the product becomes wet, please wipe up immediately. Please use gentle cleaning products. We recommend a solution of water and an universal cleaning detergent. Use a clean wrung cloth. Wipe off with a dry cloth.
